Next Meet: Annual Founder’s Day Meet

Once again, the NCSDC will hold it’s annual Founder’s Day Meet. Fat Boy’s restaurant in Morresville, NC. -will provide the meeting place. The meal will begin at 12:00- but come early to kick tires and chat. Those that attended the meet last year, were well pleased with the location, food, and the excellent service. Fat Boy’s is a buffet-style restaurant, with a very wide selection of meals. On the menu are such things as shrimp, BBQ, chicken- and a few other meats. A good selection of veggies, rolls, and a salad bar, round out the table. The cost is $8.50 per person (tip inc.) and includes unlimited buffet trips, drinks, and soft-serve ice cream- as well as other desserts.

To get to Fat Boy’s: Take I-77 South from Statesville, or North from Charlotte to Exit 36- Mooresville exit. Turn EAST and look for the Exxon gas station- or the Fat-Boy’s sign. You may also get there from east/west on US 150. . The restaurant is located just off the interstate- behind the Exxon station.
